Hide IP Platinum and submit blogs does it work please ?

Exemple i have Hide IP Platinum ( to use different ip same as proxy).

I've finish a blog in blogger with 10 messages, i want to ping it, first i use normal my ip, after i use Hide IP Platinum ( i do it 3 times all differents ip).

I saw more real clics.

1- is it risky normally no differents ip,
2- does it give real results or those visits are only search engine looking at me each time.
3- do i be blacklisted if i do it (exemple 100 blogs ping and change ip each time is it good idea or definitely bad bad)
