Hide all CTA Buttons with Affiliate Links from Google

Well, title... Is that even possible? Can you hide all your affiliate links on a site to make it look like it has none at all? What SEO benefits/risks would that bring? And how can I achieve this the easiest way?

You can do it with cloaking your links using php scripts. Just search in Google.

You mean like pretty links plugin with a 307 to /recommends/affiliate and robot.txt disallow? I think I read that google still knows exactly that it is an affiliate link...

Why worry? affiliate links alone are not a negative ranking signal if your site is decent. If your site sucks, then you have bigger issues..
