I keep getting hit with the bridge page site suspended error, I cannot seem to get past this.

How do you hide your affiliate links on the site. Currently My landing page links to another page on my site and then that page links to the affiliate page

If using Wordpress i would recommend the 'Pretty Links' plugin.

I use a simple php redirect, followed by the nofollow attribute.

do you have any outbound links on the landing page ? This is my case: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/adwords/446221-ads-keep-getting-disapproved.html
it seem that Adwords check the whole website for outbound links, not just the landing page
