Hide ad campaigns

Meta’s Ad Library can’t be bypassed, so the only workaround is limiting identifiable details in creatives and rotating campaigns frequently.

Our client recently asked us to hide their ad campaigns on Meta's ''ad library'' so that their site competitors can't see them. I'm looking for solutions

Does anyone have any good solutions, if possible please share here, that is the knowledge I need right now
Currently, Meta does not allow you to completely hide your ad campaigns from the Ad Library. However, there are some measures you can consider to reduce your competitors' exposure to your ads. Try using different messages and images for your ads to reduce your competitors' visibility. If possible, use multiple ad accounts to spread out your campaign information.

As far as I know, Meta’s Ad Library is designed to be transparent, so all running campaigns are visible by default. There isn’t really a direct way to hide ads completely from it. The best approach is usually focusing on creative strategy and targeting so competitors seeing your ads doesn’t impact your performance.

The only thing advertisers can usually do is focus on creative rotation, audience strategies, or changing angles so competitors can’t easily replicate

You can’t completely hide ads from the Ad Library, but you can make them harder to track by narrowing your targeting, refreshing creatives regularly, and separating ad accounts/pages for each campaign.

Sorry, that's not possible bro.
FB wants to create an honest environment and fair competition

To hide (pause) an ad campaign on Facebook, go to Ads Manager, select the campaign you want to hide, then click the on/off button to switch to "Off" status

It’s not possible to completely hide ads from Meta Ad Library, but we can protect your funnel and strategy by using domain redirects, rotating creatives, and spreading spend across platforms.

It is not possible to hide ads on Ad Library because Meta requires transparency, you can only focus on content creation and strategy optimization to reduce the risk of being copied.

We often handle this with indirect solutions such as:

Running multiple accounts/BM for hire to disperse the campaign, reducing the possibility of competitors identifying.
Separating domains/landing pages by product group or campaign.
Adjusting creative & targeting to avoid being exposed to the main formula.

Unfortunately, Meta’s Ad Library is designed for full transparency
there’s no official way to completely hide active ad campaigns. However, here are a few workarounds to reduce exposure:

Use alternative branded pages or sub-brands to split campaigns.

This makes it harder for competitors to track everything.
Exclude competitor regions or IPs from ad targeting (if you can identify them).
All ads show in the Ad Library, but using dark posts (unpublished posts) avoids cluttering your page feed.
Change creatives often so by the time competitors notice, the ad is already rotated.

It won’t fully hide the ads, but it can make tracking more difficult.

As far as I know Meta’s Ad Library is mandatory, you can’t make campaigns invisible
