Hello,
I have acces to a big site. What happen if i add a backlink on frontpage but i will use style=hidden or display none or other method ?
How fast can google see it ?

google will only see your link when it crawls this specific page,

Google bot is intelligent and will see if you have text or link hidden or colored as the background

considered spamming.
and if you remove the link it will cause effect again.
look for some quality perma links.
