Hidden Domain?

Guys I got a domain where it has the main keyword of my niche. Exact Keywords.
I can make Sub domain like apple.mydomain.blabla
If I add subdomain the domain makes more sense.
and the best part of this I can post my link directly without noticing it was a link.
Is that good?

something like that... but any subdomain on my niche would fit on my domain

Maybe because not a lot of people tried to rank them they are pretty new, but testing should show if they have power or not.. although I would stay away from the ones that have been stamped as spam, like xyz is..

Normally not good at all.
Good to develop/while creating the site, sure.
But making that your actual "go to" site, is a no go.
Buttttttttttttt, then again, I have no idea what your goal is, or what you're pushing on the site.
If it is a site with a Picture of a Banana on it. Then sure. Who cares.
But if it does not fall in the criteria of my delicious fruit example I just gave you.
Then the answer is a: No Not Good.
