Unfortunately, No. Just welcome 4-5 newly registered users.

I am also reading their post first before posting a reply. Not just posting a random "Welcome message'

If so, Staff can also disable counting post count in this section.
or limit posting not more than 2-3 daily. Or also disable showing Signature here.

I don't have issue with these.

It should be disabled, so newbies don't boot their post count. I apologize
