I'm a software developer/sysadmin and have been lurking on BHW for many years now (perhaps too long haha) but never actually had the courage to join or participate in the community due to not having that much knowledge.
Learned a lot about what the community wants/likes though and just launched my new product this year so thought it was a good time to be start adding my 2cents.
