Figure I'd actually register here rather than lurk.

Been running a money making e-comm site for 10 yrs.

Google have taken 75% of our traffic since the good old days of 2016.

Been on webmasterworld trying to get ideas to build traffic back up to what it was, but folks over there just bitching about how google has taken all their traffic too lol

So trying to get some whitehat ideas and tricks, see what I can come up with.

Welcome to BHW! Sounds like you've got a pretty good thing going for you. You mentioned you want to focus on some whitehat ways to grow your traffic - do you have a blog set up for your e-com yet? If you focused on pumping out a few articles each week that could really make a difference in terms of SEO. Make sure you are using keywords you want to rank for and that the content is well-written.

Another thing - do you have any high PA sites linking to your site? Maintaining strong backlinks are essential and could be one of the reasons for the decline in search traffic over the years. You could reach out to bigger blogs in the same niche as your store and ask if you can write a guest post about your store in return for a link?

Content - check.

16k backlinks, but only ~20 of those have a PA of 50+

Backlinks is the thing I have to work on. But i've no idea how to get them. A few tips and pointers would be great.
