It depends what you are looking for really, if it's in terms of watch time and high retention I would have to say I do not know of any panel at the moment. If you check this section: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/youtube.77/ you will see most people are struggling with views/watch time. I'm sure there are panels out there but I'm not aware of them are the moment unfortunately. Hopefully there will be a solution soon.
