I think you should start by going through the threads here:

See what makes sense. Try a few things out, then you can come back with more specific questions.
Start with smaller value offers. Don't expect to be accepted into the high paying diet-pills offers if you don't have a track record making money through CPA. They won't accept you into their programs without some proof of earnings (amazon, adsense, and clickbank earnings do not count)
Sign up with CPA Lead and CPA Grip through Blackhatworld, as they auto accept members from this forum.
Offervault collects loads of CPA program details. This is where you will find the diet-pills offers, but it is worth looking on there just to see the broad range of offers available.
