Hi All!
Although i've been reading through some of the threads for a while now, just haven't got round to formally introducing myself yet so here we are. Very much into creating websites, have a couple of niche sites that are doing well, although obviously there's always room to improve. Particularly enjoy the design aspect of it but sadly the other half gets very annoyed with me being on the laptop all day :(.

Anyways, this is turning into way too long a post so hello and hopefully you'll see me around! x

Welcome. Maybe the other half should get a laptop to be on all day and follow in your footsteps, because this is not a bad path ;)
 
I tried to convince him but apparently not his thing. Also, he prefers to watch films and cuddle in the evenings for some reason! o_O
 
It's so difficult to stop though once you get really into it!

Annoyed? That guy is fucked up. Creativity should be supported, not suppressed. Red flag, he is either stupid for not being able to learn anything new, or jealous of your work ethics. Real teammate would never mind your productivity.
 
Your other half sounds clingy as fuck.

Get rid of him and get a cat. Or a dog. Something that doesn't care what you're doing all day as long as they're in your presence.

Definitely not fucked up. Just likes spending time with me and I can't blame him.. I'm pretty awesome! ;) x

The dog is worse than the bloody boyfriend! Constantly pawing my laptop.

Yeah, you sound like you really don't actually care that he hates that you're on your laptop all the time. So...good luck with that.

Anything can be turned around to look like you want it to look. Where you see spending time together is cute, objective stranger will tell you : "cares more about what he wants then what you want" . You are blinded either by love or 7" . Just be careful.

We're perfectly happy, i get plenty of time during the day whilst he's at work. It was a joke, probably should've phrased it differently but it's 2AM and i'm kinda tired!

I promise he's really not that bad! But thank you for the advice and i'm always careful :)
 
Who can blame him for wanting to cuddle all night ;) I would be acting the same way however Cuddling turns into "cough cough" ;)
