about how many back link should i build with it

I suggest you look around the forum for ideas. This question is almost impossible to answer without your website and keywords. Look at your competitors backlinks; try to replicate their backlink profile, plus more.

Let it run for a week with high quality settings. Like a high PR and low OBL. A lot of them will stick if you use readable spintax.

Mix up your PR websites so it looks natural. I would do (not knowing anything about your keywords and websites, this is just an idea). 32 backlinks one day, 27, another, 39 another, just to mix it up. Do not do the same number each day. Remember to also do some social signals along with it. But you do need to be more specific about your situation. this is just an example.

I've also trying for 5 days Trial period of GSA Search Engine Ranker. But I don't know why it make some links that I didn't put as keywords or Anchor text. Can you please help me about it as well is that okay to buy GSA Links from somewhere who provide lots of Links by some money?

Does that so It's not just linking to money sites every time. You can either have It set to put random, relevant, or own URL's In articles/posts. It will still put your selected anchors In along side those. Also, you might have checked the generic anchor text box for xx%

Seriously how has anyone given thougtful answer to this?
What sort of website does he have? How old is it? How big is it? Does he already have thousands of backlinks or none? What is the competition like? What content should he use? Is it a site he wants to last for years or a churn and burn? Is he selling something? If so what kind of market?

People jumping in giving general answers.
For all the info we have here the guy could already have been penalized and any more backlinks might be a fucking disaster

The whole "buy a tool and turn it on - fuck everything else" mentality is a pretty minority way to success. Let's not assume it suits everyone.
Why not find out what the guy's circumstances are and maybe what he's trying to achieve before we all jump in feet first with bullshit?

It depends do you build links directly to money site or to web2.0 properties.
If you point directly, do just few links per day in first few months. But make 2nd, 3rd...layer to them.
Use full content reach properties for 1st layer!!!
