About changing the region, you can actually try different methods, but here's one:
1. Insert a U.S. SIM or eSIM into your phone
2. Use a U.S. VPN (Paid & Stable)
3. Spoof or Disable GPS
4. Clear TikTok Cache & Data
(If you're using an iOS you might need to reinstall it)
5. Open TikTok & Interact ONLY with U.S. Content
6. Search/follow U.S. hashtags, accounts, and videos
7. Use TikTok daily for 30–90 days
8. Region may auto-update over time in:
Settings → Account Info → Region

Well, you can buy numbers from USA to confirm it, there's temporary numbers and fix numbers that you can buy, usually the temp ones are cheaper.
You can also buy directly an USA tiktok account, it works too! You might need to use a VPN with an USA IP to login the first time or to use it to keep it clean & safe, but it surely works.

VPN does not work since it is detected from TikTok, a lot of guys told me proxy should do me better. What is your opinion since VPN doesn’t work?
