As the traffic generated by Hitleap is full of bots. You cannot expect here the human interaction. It is not sustainable too. If it is identified by Google, then it will cease yours. Hence, it’s not good to increase website rankings using fake traffic. Try some effective way to increase the traffic as it will help you in getting high rankings forever.

hitleap is to the bottom of the barrel for traffic quality.I don't think views from hitleap would boost your websites ranking,maybe you should try posting backlinks
