My CB link is showing below
The link you clicked on has expired. The link was created by an affiliate of the ClickBank network whom has since been deactivated or temporarily suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience!

If I apply new account, can I use the same "
Payee Name
" and same Payment Information In clickbank? If I use the same information, will it lead to deactivate my account again? Thanks.

Did you login to your CB account. Did they show any reason behind the suspension? You should know the exact reason of account suspension before applying for new.

It depends on the reason for suspension. If you were scamming the network, they may even pursue criminal charges against you. But if it was something harmless then more likely than not you can get back in some time in the future.

They don't show any reason as this is the second time for deactiving my account. The first time was someone complained me plagiarize his article. This time doesn't show any reason. I have emailed to them for the exact reason of account suspension.

If the reason is that I plagiarize other's article. Can I get back my account?

You won't get your account back for plagiarizing articles if thats why you were banned the first time, thats why your 2nd account got deactivated too...

Can you give an example how plagiarizing articles? I didn't understand this point.

copying articles from someone elses website and putting on your own

one DMCA report and your site is done, likely what happened to OP and clickbank received the DMCA notice

I don't only copying articles from someone, I also reword it slightly. Can I still use this site to promote CB product if I modify the articles?

CB will investigate and see if you're the same person and ban you again, especially if DMCA is coming after you. ESPECIALLY with these recent changes CB is making to be a more legit company (lol). So your accounts will last a week or two before they get DMCA notice again and banned again...

So no, not really.

Really? as you said. I only made a mistake, so I am no longer able to promote CB product? It is not fair.

Trying to be unbiased here but you purposefully copied someones content, then slightly reworded it to profit from their work, got banned, made new account to get around the ban, and are now saying its unfair and "a mistake"? you know what you were doing.

you went the lazy/stealing route and are being punished for it, im pretty sure anyone who has ever made their own site isnt going to feel bad for you

They did same thing to me. I had money on my account but they blocked my account. Ask them why they blocked it.

Guys, When you will create account then moderator will again check it. If it same as before(same person) then they can band your account. It will easy for moderator to found you when you will use same payment information.

You break their TOS that's why. These are important

  • You will not incorporate any variation of or misspell any third-party trademarks or other brand identifiers in any domain name, username or other identifier, including on any social networking site.
  • You will not in any way copy the "look and feel" of any third party website, or otherwise imply that the Promotion is in fact a third party website.

If you are using copyrited content why you do not try to send them to a landing page unstead of direct linking?

Another joke from CB. In the pass they used to accept anything but e-mail spam. How many affiliates do they have left? Glad I moved to CPA. Maybe one day in the future I will start promoting CB again , but untill I keep reading this weird stories about them, I will stay away.
