I saw this offer available yesterday on a couple of my affiliates... question is, with an offer like this, where does one get traffic? At least on the MB offer, it says that social, email, incentive, and iframing are all not allowed... that leaves SEO? or...

A little clarification please When people refer to PPC as a traffic generator, said person is paying someone like google to do something like adwords right?

Adwords = ppc for advertisers and Adsense = ppc for marketers?

Also, a lot of people around here seem to have the "what they don't know can't hurt them" philosophy when it comes to Affiliate marketers, faking referrers etc... i know the name of this place IS "BlackHatWorld", but as i have never tried to trick my AM in one of these ways i'm a bit scared in risking my rep with MB...

Is tricking affiliates that widely done? How would an affiliate catch on (other than perhaps better than normal conversion rates??)? what would they do if they caught me?
