i want to ask if i do not have a paypal account but i have credit card.
is there any link or way i can pay in some ones paypal?

So you want to send money to someone else through paypal without having a paypal account yourself?
If the person has a business account they can set up a button API for you to pay with your credit card.
If not, you need to make a paypal, get it linked with your card (takes 24-48 hours) and then you can send the money.

If they have a business account then you can pay them. If they don't you will have to make one (it takes 5 minutes honestly if you are not looking to get verified)

Or tell that person to make a custom Buy Now PayPal button with the price of whatever, post it on some post on free hosting website like blogger.com or something... And then you can pay to him/her.

If you're asking if you can buy a product that has payment option PayPal, you should easily buy it without having PayPal account..

Yes you can. If the other person is using 2checkout or some other payment processing service. You make a payment through the payment gateway and if he have attached his paypal to that payment processing system, money will go to his PP a/c.
