Hi I need some quick help..

After earning some bucks from YT + PPI , i decided to look into other ventures. I stumbled upon Niche Sites method. Im thinking abt making 20-30 sites using .net domain on a specific niche. Each site would have 10-15 Articles . I would monetize with adsense . But some people said that niche sites are already DOA. Am I good to go?

if you take care of them, maintain good SEO, you can get money. But it's a hard work.
