You don't have a problem at all.
That's a common crawling system and the more search engines crawl your website, the better.
In fact, you should welcome such BOT traffic.
The good news is BOTs normally don't click on ads so, you don't have to worry.
However, if your website is just getting hammered by crawl BOTs, you might want to investigate further.
You might have to work with your robots.txt file to get things under control.

buddy, it's not a big issue,
may be you can submit a site in multiple search engine and it crawls, so just enjoy the traffic
