Try content locker, first from some network and if it works then setup your own locker.

put ads,it will be the best option because locking content will only make people leave

How about PPV networks like Clicksor, will I be blocked by them?

Any recommended network for ads? besides Google Adsense since they already blocked me once for a video website

pm me i can give you a list of networks but most of them dont pay much like google...
