Hi I am setting up a network.

Hi I am a mom, setting up a network of computers and smartphones to a wireless printer.

In the spirit of spending as least amount of money I got rid of the arris router. I got rid of internet. We have two smartphones without a hotspot.

I figured out how to connect the laptop to printer while I had internet.

Now I am trying to set up cell phone to wireless printer with no hotspot and only the Att unlimited data plan.

Is this futile? Must I buy a hotspot to print?
