Hi, there is a website without any contact information at all, i would like to offer to purchase this website, but i don't know how to find owner of the site.

Check if the site is linked to social media profiles,
this could be a chance to contact the owner.

If not, only whois could help you.

Whois is of no use if domain privacy is enabled.

There is Adsense ads on website, is it possible to contact owner or find owner this way?

Even with who is protection enabled, most of the registrars will forward the email to your main email.

So try to send him an email to the email address listed in the who is data.

1. who.is and to try obtain contact details. Contact them with an offer to buy and registrar should put this offer to owner.
2. as mentioned above. social media
3. contact details/phone numbers - look these up ie. phone number search

Maybe try using the Wayback Machine at Archive.org or Whoisology to see if the owner previously left any contact info on the site / in the who is info.

Whois is one option. If privacy option is on this is not an option.
Next check on that site if that is hosted and have contact page.
Or else you can do google or social networking site search for the same and you might land to some contact.

1) send to email which you see in private whois - owner must receive, it's exactly
2) domaintools.com - they have history, you can sign up free for few days and then cancel subscription
3) check contacts on site
4) maybe through Adsense ID you can find other sites and find contacts at them
but if owner use Adsense - then i don't sure that he have sense sell site
