Hi, how to create your own script?

So I promote event. Like everyone else I have the script to invite everyone automatically.

But what I was searching for rather, and that I'm sure is easy to create, is a script to automatically delete the event guests who have not yet responded.

Any idea where to find or how to create a script (I'm total noob for script creation tools)
