HI Guys, new here as you will tell, came here mainly to look at some backlink services... then I read this How To Avoid Scams... Made me straight-up paranoid because the link-selling section is so aggressive. I would ask for some advice but that thread may have been it I'm not sure...
Anyway long story short, we have been buying links with some success over the years however not here, and we kind of want to take things a level further, we used what I believed to be a reputable link-selling company for about a year, not going to name them. They got us the links and all that, just with some funky javascript redirect to casino and porn stuff. anyway needles to say we didn't really move anywhere in terms of ranking because of them. We do rank well, I believe this is mostly due to our content but we just lack that link profile in a lot of cases to take us to the top, this is what I assume.
. Since we tried what is hyped to be the most legitimate company online in this field and everything in between. We are now here to take a few shots we know that nothing is 100% guaranteed.
If this fails we would go back to Adwords not the best ROI, Maybe we suck ;P but it's better than what we've experienced with link building.
Again any advice would be appreciated on where to start.
