I understand you. Sometimes I haven't energy for self-study and for long term projects, but I have some goals and after resting, I'm getting back to my tasks. Moreover, "small victories" help me - projects that I do in one day. Two days ago I did a little PWA for self-discipline and now I'm ready to continue one of my big task.
Just try to find "small victory" project. Hope it helps.
