I would like make FB AD with traffic campaign whit LAA (Lookalike Audience). I would advertise some product for bigger companies in USA.

For Custom Audience i use phone number for companies from him web site.
What is your opinion about this method? And are you thinks is enuf 300 phones number to optimisation?

it won't be that good because these phone numbers are not connected to personal user accounts - so your list won't be big enough.
You need personal phone numbers, not companies phone numbers.

^^ is right. An option that works well is to hold free networking sessions for business owners (many pubs would be happy to host you for free) and then as they come in, get them to sign up with their personal email address - this will give you a better success rate in building your lla as there are higher chances of matching their fb profile with the email address they'll share with you.

Do you think it's good to get mail from people from linkedin, who are responsible for making a decision in the fire? And did you have any service to recommend collecting e-mails from liknedin?

If you are thinking about audience then use their personal number not company phone numbers. Your goal is to have a connection with real people. There are tools where you can get their personal numbers on facebook. Try also using different methods to gain an audience.

Toolkit for Facebook has this feature where you can scrape your friends' phone numbers. You can try that out.
