i just started affiliating on twitter, im using an adult star account to drive traffic.
but i wonder if i can be sued for using their picture for my business, is there any risk for doing this? even though i am in another country!

Well you're risking the account being reported, removed or banned at worst. There is an impersonation policy in Twitter:

I'm not sure about being sued but if reported twitter will close the account. I once ran an adult account for someone and they were using pics of a model, someone saw it and tweeted the model and she had the account taken down.

No, not buying. I mean create a good fan account of the adult star as it will be 100% safe and if you could directly buy fan account with good amount of followers , even better.

yes that exactly what i did, i creat a twitter account with using the star name and her pictures. but what is a fanpage?

As you said you are running an affiliate on adult star account but to be free from the threats of account being banned you should run affiliate on adult star fanpage. If you run it with a same exact name of adult star it won't help because people know it's fake and some of them might report it.

And on the otherside on a fanpage you admitt it that you are not adult star but you are a great fan and than every mutual fan will support you

A fanpage has a different name like for example if you have account of star name : xyz then a fanpage must have name : xyz_fc or something like that .

If you do it this way all the followers and fans of the star will definetly follow your page and than you can post pictures, images, videos etc without any worry and your affiliate might run swiftly

It's a valid possibility.
DMCA request is more likely. They just ask you politely to remove it. If you don't comply they may take legal action.
Violating twitter ToS is also a possility. Read through it. Worst thing is they just ban the account.
Porn star "Siri" is aggressive against any use of her image in ads according some newsletters from a few aff networks I'm in. They vehemently say to never use her image w/o permission.
If you're in another country I wouldnt be worried about it unless the porn star you're taking pics from is in your country.
