So, i-am from Romania and i just joind Amazon Affiliate program. I have heard that to recive a payment through check the taxes are wayyy to high, For example if i made 100$ i will be taxed like 75%. Is that true?

I don't know for Romania for sure but you should be able to pick a different payout method.

You can get Amazon Gift Card, and Sell them here or wherever you can..Or you can get US Direct US Bank Deposit. I normally get paid with Gift card.

Try to contact them from the form available on site. Surprisingly they have a prompt email support.
For me (India), they sent cheque without any fees. But minimum required for it is $100.
