i have been here on BHW for over 2 years years there must be new rules because now i Can't Send P M until I Have 15 P o s t s it must be to stop the spammers

You must have the correct post count to be able to do these things, we thought it best to prevent spammers, and other scammers.
This might be annoying but if you wish to stay here and make a home here, in the long term, its not a hard task to make good posts.
I must warn you we do remove people who reply with things like "thanks" or similar just to boost there post count, this will not be tolerated.
And also some certain sections such as the lounge will not "up" your post count. Posting in these sections will not add to your post count.
