I have been using several ones at different times, but now sticked to SEO SpyGlass from SEO PowerSuite, and I would actually highly recommend it. The major issue with all backlink-checking servies is that none provides the full actual data, it`s always slightly outdated as the fresh links are not yet found by their crawlers, and some are stored while are actually deleted already, so it`s a pain to make any decisions based on outaded or incomplete data.
SpyGlass has a rather fast crawler and integration with GA and Google Seach Console if you use those, additionally it allows improting any backlinks manually (it`s a WIN if you`d like to monitor the link you built at once, instead of waiting a month til it`s crawled).
