I agree! I moved here pretty recently as well, the MRT is a godsend if you like city crawling.

Thanks! I lived there for 18 years before moving to Singapore, Jakarta is my second home.

I find it pretty affordable but it depends on your lifestyle. You can definitely live decently if you make like 4-5k a month.
