To bring in traffic you need to find out if your articles are targeting any particular keyword. If not, you need to first find out the keywords in the niche of your website and write articles targeting them at the same time providing value to readers. That's a start, and be here and ask doubts you will get answers, it's a quite helpful community.

Thank you, yes for now I am just filling it with an articles.
Any advice for the backlinks? Been a bit hard to get it
