Hi everyone

Hello everyone. thanks for letting me join your community hoping i will learn a lot here.

I work in IT hardware and have started getting pretty into learning coding a fellow co-worker in software been explaining a few bits and bobs and told me about this forum and i love it and want to learn more.
iv been reading thread for a few weeks/months now and have decided to make an account. been looking at a few of the different things you can do and i like the idea of Affiliate programs and want to learn more about them. i have gotten a server and now built a pretty basic website but stuck on what i need to do next but im looking forward to learning and getting my own little set up.

I am 24 and really enjoy my work love working with computers and servers but have always loved the idea of codding and all the challenges involved with coding.

If anyone has any advise i would be very grateful for any help

Only first line support. i work mainly on our email server and our web filtering and then general Hardware issues nothing fancy.

Sounds cool though, familiarity with linux commands will come very handy in its time
About coding, IMHO its very cool to know how to code, but for internet marketing I think you only need to know the syntax and basics of HTML, PHP and CSS, not often (or ever) you will need to create your own codes, mostly just edit small parts and copy paste codes you find online. Learning to code very well from basic can take a lot of time and effort, and IMO it's always better to focus on your goals and learn stuff on the way, but keep running towards your goal (of course each person is different, and with different expectations).
