I get this question a lot,and the honest truth is banking on only using it for yourself is great and all and asides of wanting to obviously share what works for you with others ,sharing what actually works for you with others unlocks various other ways to earn more..brokers approach you with deals especially if you have an existing community or you’re just someone who has influence over whatever community you control.
