Hi everyone, my Facebook account has been locked for 180 days due to community standards. How can I unlock it? Please help me :(

In my opinion, you should wait 180 days, because I've experienced the same thing as you. I was locked out for 30 days.
hzzzzz, 180 days is the deadline, otherwise it will be permanently banned... :(

Hi everyone, my Facebook account has been locked for 180 days due to community standards. How can I unlock it? I've tried many methods, until I received a message saying "Your account may be permanently locked"... This is the Facebook account I've used for over 10 years... I really want to appeal, does anyone have any suggestions? :(
If you've only appealed once, we can find a way to reopen the appeal, but if you've appealed too many times and been repeatedly rejected, it will be difficult to contact Facebook again.

Sorry to hear that. If Facebook is still showing an appeal option, I'd keep trying through the official process and provide any requested ID. Has anyone successfully recovered an account after the 180-day lock?

Sorry to hear that—losing a 10-year-old account is really frustrating.
If you've already submitted an appeal, your best option is to wait for Meta's review and avoid using unofficial "recovery" services. If new appeal options appear in Account Quality, use those—they're the safest path.

If Facebook has already expired your account in 180 days, I think you should create a new account and start over.

I've seen a few cases like this. If the official appeal option is still available, I'd keep everything within that process rather than trying random recovery methods. A long account history can be valuable, so it's worth completing any requested verification and waiting for Meta's response.

If you still have a chance to appeal, I think you should submit an appeal and patiently wait for a response. If the account truly didn't violate any rules or was unfairly suspended, there's still a chance your appeal will be reconsidered. Also, check your Account Status to see if Facebook has stated the reason or requested further verification

Sorry to hear that. If Facebook is now showing that your account may be permanently locked, there usually isn't a guaranteed workaround. If you haven't already, I'd recommend submitting an appeal through the official process and making sure any requested ID matches the account details. Since it's a 10-year-old account, it's definitely worth trying every official recovery option. I hope you're able to get it back. Good luck!

A lot depends on the type of ads you're running. If you're advertising in gray-area niches, you should understand that there's always a risk of account bans. In those cases, it's generally better to use disposable accounts rather than your personal accounts that have long-term value to you

If you've already submitted an appeal, there's unfortunately not much else you can do besides wait for Facebook's review. I'd avoid using unofficial recovery services—they're often scams. Hope you're able to get it back.
