Hi everyone I'm a newbie

I started looking for websites like this because of Yelp! I'm a woman and a small business owner, I just started my business. I own a domestic and commercial cleaning business. Long story short, I clean for a couple on February 16th 2018, I have their text messages and pictures of their apartment when I was done, the text messages say that I did an excellent job. Shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from the husband demanding that I come over and clean again for free or he would give me a bad review on Yelp and ruin my business! Now of course I told him he is out of his mind, well on March 12th he made good on his threat! This man posted pictures of what his house looks like now, not after I cleaned it and posted a very negative review about me! I have four other reviews which are five-star, but Yelp is not recommending those reviews. Yelp is only recommending the one star negative review I reached out to Yelp with all my proof that the review he wrote is fake, to no avail, yelp refuse to remove it. Additionally, Yelp calls me at least 3 times a week trying to get me to advertise with them, I am not one for coincidences! I was hoping and praying that I could find business owners that this has happened to on this site and maybe we could help each other out with reviews? I'm a single mom just trying to make a living and I'm a good person and I don't deserve this! I went above and beyond for these clients but because I am a woman this man thought he could extort me! I really need help here guys! My business was starting to take off, I believe now because of this review my phone barely rings I have an account on Yelp that I have for years, so my review on anyone's business would be recommended. I would be willing to trade reviews, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thats is blackmailing also if the review said something offensive you could take it down becouse of breking yelp TOS

I sent Yelp all the information pertaining to them trying to extort me. I sent yelp the text messages of them saying my work was excellent, plus the pictures I took after their home was clean! It did no good, on Yelp you cannot remove a review on your own, you have to flag it and tell Yelp why which I did. Yelp refuse to removed it review, despite It Was Written almost a month after I clean their home. The review called my business fake, I'm legally registered with my state as an LLC! I even pointed that out to Yelp, they still refuse to remove it.
