I never scraped twitter before but I have some knowledge in scraping and automation with Selenium, feel free to ask me if you need some help

Well yes from my little experience I can recommend to you to start with a project from you're own if you have one or for someone else like build a landing page for a friend's website for example.
Practice is the best way to learn.
Important points:
- Looking for the best practices
- Begining with the right tools (PyCharm as IDE, Django framwork, ...)
- Not to reinvent the wheel !!! Python/Django is well known as coming "batteries included", you have a ton of packages & libraries that will help you to achieve your goal
- Be patient, no matter what some courses try to sell you about to become "Full Stack Developer in 3 Months" the only way to learn something is TIME+PRACTICE
