My blog site is getting around 100-150 visitors per day .Many people are interested in Guest blogging to my site . My question is Accepting Guest blogging is good or bad ? Please need your valuable suggestion .

It should always be something that's moderated, don't let someone come in and post horrible content. If it enhances your blog and it's topically relevant, it definitely can't hurt. Again, as with everything else, it is all about quality.

Dont have loads of posts with external links and you will be fine

and stay away from using bios
