Hi friends I am not able to remove this code from my blog

name="robots" content="noindex,follow,noodp,noarchive,noydir"

I removed all plugins still but no use i am not getting what is the cause for this issue ! please help me to fix this issue ?

I guess you are using wordpress right? if you removed plug in then clear your cache and then check.
