Hi Fellow BHW members

Can anyone help me on how to find this kind of border?

I need to replicate this and change some details. Can I also make this on word?

I don't think Word can do that. However, Photoshop and Gimp do this in no time.

I need a frame or border like that. Where can I find one? may not be exactly like that.

If you want the same frame/border, you can erase the text with some of the programs I posted. Otherwise, you can just Google for some samples.

Or, just hire a graphic designer on Fiverr. They can do quite a bit for just $5.

to save time, you can print this on blank paper then type the desired text in your word program and reprint on same paper twice.
Just a little advice.

use photoshop you can do this in minutes

Just use photoshop and erase what is inside the borders.
