It's completely normal. BHW is a highly-guarded forum and gives utmost importance to protect its members from scammers.

You should've read the terms and conditions and sticky pages on each sub-section so you know what's allowed/not allowed here.

Since you're thegodofuniverse, you shouldn't really fret over it as you may know everything happens for a reason.

Consider yourself lucky for not getting banned temporarily.

As a community who help each other with jobs which are ... well blackhat... it is really important that „trading or doing business“ which each other is secure. The mods and admin do a great job. A new member without any posts who wants to skype with people seems suspicious. It is no problem at all by writing answers to the threads or (in case you are not allowed) create a new thread and write about the topic, so everyone can see it.
The idea behind this here is sharing information, going 1-to-1 in skype would reduce the content created here.

No place for quick money for Skype trading. Even some people still do it. Visit shitlist forum for examples...
