So I had an idea for a niche site + forum which might be combined with Facebook and Twitter and now I am here to get help.
I work as a database expert and got some basic ideas about internet marketing but never started a niche website yet. So if you could point me to guides / sources for creating a site with as less effort as possible that would be great. What I am looking for: Something like a Wordpress page that allows me submitting articles and managing a forum with SEO possibilities.
For a start my budget would be $200-$300.
