I think the CEOsam thread should serve as an alternative to 'Rules' in BHW and it should be a must-read for all the new members. It will teach them a lesson or two about how to behave on the forum and if not, what to expect from other members.
This could be considered a good advantage for BHW as not many forums have CEOsam scenarios, which was an epic one by the way. This forum has its own 'how not to behave in the forum' guide with a prime and concrete example in it.
