HFT Experienced Traders here ?

Hi, Im looking for someone which have Experience in High Frequency Trading -

My Idea was to find 2 Brokers - One of them have high Latency that triggers a Trade to the Broker with low Latency which execute the Trade. In this Way it sjhould be possible to profit the caused Delay of Price Update between the Brokers -

I have a List of Brokers and how there Pings are doing from different VPS Locations in London and Newyork. I guess, with the right coded EA, fast localized VPS, and the Data Feeds its just a testing game.

My Questions would be:

Can you recommend a Broker for HFT ?

Anyone with MQL4 Experience ?

Is there anyone experienced in this Field which are interested in a JV to set things up and share Profits ?
