Heya Need help

Can anyone please help me understand which tools do I need in order to run blackhat campaigns on Facebook/Instagram.
I've already tried it all. losing my mind, sorry if it's the wrong forum but that's my only chance to understand what I am doing wrong

As far as I know, Facebook has become very strict & can sniff almost any blackhat technique being used. Won't really recommend doing that.

And for google ads can anyone name a list please of the following things I need to do in order to run my ads.
