Hi Kevin. 
There is a super, ginormous sticky thread here for a service that gets people backlinks for their sites. I didn't make it all the way through it because there are a 130 pages, but you might want to look into something like that. Hmm, I think this is the same guy, but this thread only has 63 pages. It's called 10-promo-for-new-clients-2017-awarded-u-s-a-seo-agency-over-3000-happy-clients.645701.
