I recently just read a book called The Flinch by Julien Smith and thought I'd share it to all the guys out there in the struggle. This book will help you out with motivation to keep going. It's a very short but sweet book. Don't pass it by.

I really hope you guys get as much value out of the book as I got.

If you don't read motivational stuff anymore good for you and move on. This thread isn't for you. Don't ruin something because you couldn't find value it in it.

You didn't get my point, i read lot of them and also read this one, no disrespect by its a crap.

But i really appreciate you share it.

i read it! thanks mate. It actually boost my motivation a bit more:weightlif now i have to share it with someone else hahah

Its a good read and its free.

Homie, it's a short book. Probably the shortest book you'll ever read. For me to give you the cliffs is cutting you short and for you to miss important lessons.

All these books tells the same story with different words. I think the first book of this type was written by a guy using spintax and all next authors published spun content :)

I understand they are all the same but you are missing the bigger picture.

Motivation is like fuel that will exhaust after a few days. You need a dose every once in a while even though it's the same crap.

If you hate reading motivational content, start listening to interviews of highly successful people. It will fulfil your motivational dose. http://mixergy.com/ is a wonderful source and Andrew Warner is doing a great job.

If you need motivational books to get you to press forward and work hard you might have a bigger problem. One that
requires outside stimulus to make you do more. I always thought those bills coming in every month should motivate more than
another old yeller story.

Honestly, the first image in the book made me a little.. sketched out lol.

Interesting book.
