Lurked here for a long time and have learned so much, but I want to be a part of the community and share ideas so that we can all make more money!
It's a new year, and I want to talk with and build relationships with like-minded entrepreneurs. I want to hold myself accountable for the projects I start and I believe having a great group of people supporting and giving constructive insights will be the best way to become my own boss.
Have quite a few ideas churning in my head, just need to sit down and get them done. Still raking in information for a few projects, but one of them is ready to go, just need to build the site.
I like having my fingers in a few different pies in case something happens to another project, so here's my plans for this year:
1) A wallpaper site, most likely monetized with AdSense but open to other avenues as well. Moz says the keyword competition is low and there are a crapton of long-tail keywords I can target as well, so we'll see where it takes me.
2) Amazon affiliate site in a girly sort of niche. Google Trends for this keyword has been on the rise for a few years now and I can think of lots of angles to target.
3) My baby and probably the most reliable income each month is the membership site that I'm building in the real estate niche. Easiest of the bunch too, since it's just an Excel doc that I will send over and over to subscribers every week.
