Did anyone else loose use of their plugins with the update today?

Dizz:confused:

I never do the updates the same day they come out. I always give them a few weeks. had that happen to me before that some of the plug ins i had did not work.

the problem is I use a mass program that controls all the WordPress sites at once so it just updates. But this new update people should avoid it it knocked out about half of the plug-ins I'm still finding out what it did

which plugin got Broken ?

n No i didnt loose any plugin i guess , it wasnt a Major update.

To ensure the beta update doesnt harm plugins, you can use

Beta testing plugin i guess

I don't upgrade the same day either. I wait for plugin updates if any, test the update on 1 site then update the rest... This way I avoided many headaches. Can't you set that program to not update instantly? I found out that the troubles caused by some updates are far worse than updating manually :)

I dont trust the WP updates... I do the update once a year or so... and of course I make updates before the update.

Updated 2 WP installs this morning and all well, all plugins working.

well it down to a few things statpress visitors is there but you can not access it and it did not happen to all site either.

I guess I'll wait before I update my wp, any way to get rid of the update notification in the admin panel?

yea statpress has done the same on me ffs

As soon I read the notice saying "Backup your Database" I moved my mouse pointer away from the updating button. Gonna wait at least a week for these

i just uninstalled statpress and reinstalled it, sorted itself out then
